Ann grew up in Fremont and attended UCLA as an undergraduate and Cornell Law School. Ann has practiced law for 25 years, in San Francisco, Alameda, San Mateo & Santa Clara counties. Her practice currently focuses on probating decedent's estates, trusts, trust administration and divorce mediation.
I have always enjoyed helping clients achieve peace of mind in getting their “affairs in order” with foundational estate planning. And given the pandemic and so many unknowns in the world, the peace of mind is greater than ever. I am currently able to turn around the documents after I have all the information I need from clients in very short order, and I have a secure server where confidential documents are uploaded and reviewed by both of us. I try to make the process as seamless as possible, which we can all use these days! Be safe, Ann

Note from Ann:
I truly enjoy listening to my clients' family stories and histories and drafting an estate plan that meets individual priorities and hopes for the future. I also enjoy guiding those named as trustees or co-trustees of a trust through the administration process. I help with the probate process when a loved one dies with or without a will.
